Cape Cottage Inn Policy Information

Lobby Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm

Check-In Time:  3:00PM-7:00PM

Check-Out Time:  11:00 AM

Rates:  All rates quoted on our web site, or over the telephone are subject to change at any time without notice until a reservation is confirmed with a deposit. Cape Cottage Inn reserves the right to modify its rate schedule at any time with or without notice. 

Deposits:  A non-transferable deposit of 1 night's rental + tax is required to confirm reservation.

Cancellations & Deposit Refunds: If you cancel your reservation 14 or fewer days prior to your arrival date, regardless of when you make your reservation, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.

Payment of Balance Due:  Your reservation must be paid in full upon check-in via cash, major credit card, money order or certified check. No personal checks accepted. Under no circumstance will Check-in be permitted until payment for all nights reserved is received by Cape Cottage Inn.

Registration Forms: All guest are required to fill out a guest registration form at the time of check in.

Late Arrival ⁄ Early Departure:  No refund or credit for unused room nights or services will be given in the case of a late arrival or early departure.

Quiet Hours: 9:00pm-9:00am

Smoking: All motel rooms and cottages are non-smoking

Parking:  One vehicle per room reservation, parking pass will be provided upon check in.

Pets:  Sorry, we do not accept pets.

No cooking permitted in motel rooms.

King and Queen Cottages: Our king and Queen Cottages are for a maximum of 2 guest only. Exceptions can be made for young infants, please call before booking.

Damage to the property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guest or any person whom their responsible for.

Theft Policy: Please note that all motel rooms and cottages have a detailed inventory of what is in each room/cottage, this includes all linens, towels and decor. If any of these items are found to be missing at the time of check out your credit card on file will be charged to cover the loss.

CAPE COTTAGE INN'S MOTEL ROOMS, COTTAGES AND POOLS ARE FOR REGISTERED GUEST ONLY.  NO VISITORS PERMITTED, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN FOREFIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND INSTANT TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY
